Villa Giulia is a large, symmetric duplex villa built for two large, close-knit families who have chosen to share the outdoor areas and the swimming pool.
The living areas are on the ground floor, whereas the bedrooms with bathrooms and terraces are on the first floor. The terraces ensure privacy thanks to the parapet’s design.
The loggia on the first floor shades the porticos furnished with outdoor kitchens and tables.
The other pillars on the independent sides hint at the traditional rural buildings typical of this region.
Both the owners, who work in the ceramic industry, wanted the house’s cladding and flooring to reflect their art. As a result, a precious golden mosaic embellishes the dining room. In contrast, the exteriors include large hexagons in neutral tones as the table’s backdrop.
The two photovoltaic systems make this villa a Wolf Haus Energy Plus property.
