In a small village near Ancona, an earthquake-proof house overlooks the valley dotted with olive trees.
Due to the sloping plot of land, the house was built with a reinforced concrete semi-basement and an underground floor housing the technical and utility rooms and the garage. It also includes a partially overhanging wooden upper floor.
The large stone fireplace and the second-floor volume break the continuity of the two-pitch tile roof, in line with the surrounding houses.
