A big family decided to live by lake Pusiano, between Como and Lecco. So they’ve chosen to build their innovative and comfortable wooden villa on a plot of land sloping down towards the lake. All the rooms of this house ensure privacy for both adults and children.
The kitchen is the core of the house and gives access to the furnished portico, the living room, and the dining room, which are separated only by large sliding glass doors. This solution creates fluid spaces and creates visual continuity with the outdoor spaces in a scenographic way.
The owner has designed every detail of the floors, furniture and cladding.
The articulated and contemporary shapes of the exteriors blend in the landscape, thanks to the materials chosen: plaster and local stone for the façades, tiles for the roof and weathering steel for squaring and protecting the terraces.
