A family has decided to build a minimalist villa in the province of Parma, drawing inspiration from the customisable Wolf Haus Albamarina project.
The volume was compacted to meet the needs of four people and fall within the permitted volume for the plot of land. The two wings include the living area and the porticoes on the first floor. In contrast, the second floor was partially closed to provide privacy for the bedrooms.
Black and white are essential for understanding this architecture: Black represents the solid volumes and warm, shaded areas, whereas white lightens and offers protection to covered outdoor areas.
The minimalist interiors are coherent, elegant, and rational.
