In collaboration with GHERI COSTRUZIONI and the design studio of the architect Giovanni Gargani, Wolf Haus is building the SPEDALETTO PROJECT; a complex of 6 four-family, eco-sustainable, high quality, functional, aesthetically rewarding and widely customizable finishes and finishes.
The units, made in green building with Wolf Haus wood prefabrication technology and with a load-bearing structure in engineered wood and reinforced concrete, are certified as earthquake-proof, with high thermal and acoustic insulation, high quality of comfort and energy saving and fixed budgeted price.

For all houses, there is an exclusive garden and the dimensional characteristics of the rooms exceed the minimum requirements necessary for the sanitary standards: such as, for example, double bedrooms over 14.00 square meters and single rooms greater than 9.00 square meters.
For the systems (heating, cooling, dehumidification, domestic hot water production, controlled mechanical ventilation), the latest generation technologies are provided to achieve the best energy efficiency.
