Wolf Haus Energy Plus
A Friulian couple wanted to build Kyara, a Wolf Haus architectural project, at the foot of the Carnic Alps.
Kyara includes a reinforced concrete semi-basement to adapt to the slope and house utility and technical rooms. The ground floor includes a large living area overlooking the terrace, the garden, and the breathtaking mountains and two bedrooms, bathrooms, and a study. The finishes and bespoke contemporary furniture make this house unique.
The architecture was emphasised by alternating solids and voids marked by grey plaster, large glass walls, and the outdoor wooden cladding with axe technique. Three elements that make this villa discreetly blend in the surrounding landscape with elegance.
The 5.5 kW photovoltaic system on the flat roof supplies the Exclusive Energy Plus system and makes this house energetically autonomous.
