Single-family villa realised in the province of Brescia

This project meets the owners’ desire to admire lake Garda, from Rocca di Manerba to Sirmione, every day. 

Villa Lago adapts to the slope of the moraine hill it’s built on, even if it develops over one floor. It includes a detached outbuilding on the level below. 

Its layout was designed while contemplating the breathtaking view. The bedroom area is where the vegetation becomes denser, mixing its colours with those of the lake. The living area protrudes, almost rotating the house plan, projecting the glass walls and terraces towards the lake. 

The access from the top of the hill, the staircase that crosses the olive grove up to the Holm Oak, lead towards the main entrance enhanced by the ceramic and wooden cladding around the front door. 
Lightwells with low trees and lemons at the back make the rooms even more luminous. 

The interiors featuring unusual colours, the lighting project, and the garden were all designed by studio Mafietti. 

Built in 2019
