A couple asked for a contemporary, efficient house with a strong personality that was also a warm and cosy retreat.
The three volumes that make up Villa Camo are interlocked to emphasise the various parts of the house.
The volume with the grey gabled roof houses the living area. The central volume is recessed to enhance the sense of cosiness, with a planted and lit courtyard. The third volume is for the garage.
The layout of the interiors was designed to make the most of natural light and sunlight, maintaining the communication with the exteriors through large windows shaded with brise soleils. Moreover, this villa features contemporary finishes: white walls and grey resin floors.
The custom-made furniture is functional and minimalist. The bench under the window overlooking the beautiful surrounding nature invites contemplation.
Villa Camo is a Wolf Haus Energy Plus Total Air building with CMV.
