There’s a white, contemporary and minimalist villa overlooking the medieval town of San Marino, creating the perfect contrast between the present and the past.
The owners chose a rural area characterised by wild vegetation and lawns to preserve their privacy and enjoy the breathtaking view.
The residence emerges from a green slope as a clear and compact volume flooded with light and offering glimpses of the surrounding landscape and nature.
It develops over two floors. The ground floor includes the garage, technical rooms, a service apartment, and the wellness area with a swimming pool. The first floor is an open space divided by wall units overlooking the beautiful valley. On the other hand, the bedroom area stretches towards the slope.
Rational furniture, colourful armchairs, large bookcases and a fireplace warm up the rooms, making them cosier.
The photovoltaic system ensures energy autonomy, in line with a Wolf Haus Energy Plus Total Air building.
