Casa Sabia is a customisable Wolf Haus project that a couple has chosen to fulfil their dream of finding a corner of wellness while enjoying the wonderful view over the Forlì hills stretching up to the Adriatic sea.
This residence develops over one floor. The exteriors are clad with stone up to the living area, which features large windows. By contrast, the smaller bedroom area is whitewashed.
The whitewashed wooden beams outline the interior’s height and continue to the exteriors from the roof overhang to the pergola, making the house fit perfectly into the elegant rural setting.
The swimming pool in the panoramic garden makes this property even more comfortable and regenerating.
The 6 kW photovoltaic system with a high-performance enclosure ensures energy autonomy, in line with a Wolf Haus Energy Plus Total Air building.
