Single-family house realised in the province of Venezia

A family from Veneto has chosen Aura, a Wolf Haus customisable project, because it ensured short construction times, certain costs from start to finish, and minimal management costs. This 4-person property develops over one floor, including the living and bedroom areas. 
 
The house faces southwest and overlooks the garden, which becomes a natural extension of the portico, a shaded and protected area to be enjoyed all year round.  

Aura features light-flooded interiors. The exteriors perfectly blend in the rural setting of the Venetian plains with exposed wooden beams and trusses, hinged doors and pillars clad with brick tiles. 

The 6 kW photovoltaic system with a high-performance enclosure ensures energy autonomy, in line with a Wolf Haus Energy Plus Total Air building.
