Casa Peristylium is a house in the Novara plains surrounded by rice paddies. It’s partly clad with grey stone and has a flat roof. This house develops over one floor. Moreover, the side facing the road is closed, whereas that facing the garden is open.
This rural area is characterised by weak winds and long humid periods. The open yet protected patio serves as a thermal regulator and ventilation activator in the summer.
This apartment develops around this patio and features a perimeter corridor opening into the various rooms.
The interiors are beautifully designed and alternate anthracite grey, white, and wood, in continuity with the external plaster and the frame of the large windows that embellish and fill all the rooms with light.
The photovoltaic system with the high-performance enclosure ensures energy autonomy, in line with a Wolf Haus Energy Plus Total Air building.
